If, upon inspection of your delivery, you discover missing and/or defective items, please report this by sending an email to claim@clayre-eef.com.

What should be included in the email?

  • Your company name and customer number
  • Invoice number
  • The relevant item number and quantities (if applicable)
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the respective items clearly showing the damage

Please note! Claims must be reported within 10 days of receiving the goods. We kindly request you to keep the original packaging and all components of the defective items.
